Quanta is an early-stage fintech SaaS startup that I co-founded in 2020.
Led Product and Design, customer discovery, defined customer personas, jobs to be done and user journeys, and Agile process that resulted in the release of the beta in under 9 months.
In 4 months, with the help of a junior product designer, I built a creative asset library and developed clickable prototypes for over 120 index and detail pages in Figma for 50+ complex features, both for desktop and mobile response.
Built and executed brand and marketing strategy, as well as implemented a targeted GTM strategy. This resulted in the acquisition of a corporate pilot just one month after the beta was released.
